Youth Ministry
DBBC has long been known as a "youth-minded" church. Bible Club ministry, through Randy & Gladys Caldwell, was actually part of the beginnings of this church. Friday night Bible Club & Teens have been a staple here for many decades. The goal of our youth ministries is to share the Gospel, teach the Word of God, encourage friendships with one another, and have fun while doing it. Bible Club, Teens, and Vacation Bible School have all provided opportunities for our church to proclaim the Gospel in our community.
Bible Club
Kids in K-6th grade gather Friday nights from 7-8:30 for singing and Bible time first and then game time in the gym.
Teens - youth from 7th-12th grade gather on Friday nights from 7-9 for singing, Bible study, snacks, and games!
Vacation Bible School
Each year we invite kids from K-6th grade to join us for Bible teaching, a missions focus, singing, games, crafts, snacks, puppets, and much more.
Service Opportunities
We encourage our youth to get involved in serving in the church and in our community. This is often through our youth leaders and with other adults who are setting the example and making it possible to get involved.
